ADVISORY: Congressman Deutch Announces Briefing with Minister of Haitians Living Abroad
Congressman Ted Deutch (FL-21) is pleased to announce an official visit from François Guillaume II, Minister of Haitians Living Abroad, to Delray Beach, home to the largest Haitian-American community in the United States. The visit will feature a Community Briefing with the Haitian Minister at the Delray Beach Library on July 12, 2014 at 3 pm. This town hall-style forum will update residents on issues of importance to the South Florida community, the United States, and Haiti, including reconstruction from the devastating earthquake of 2010, comprehensive immigration reform, and more.
